7th Annual Mizu Nagare Dojo winter Gasshuku!

This will be the 7th Annual Mizu Nagare Winter Gasshuku. We will engage in a weekend long winter snow training with a special Friday night session available to those who can make it.

We will be in a remote area near Appleton Wisconsin and space is limited so please register early! The cost for the seminar is $50 for the weekend. Training will be led by Shidoshi Ethan Capers. You will need cold weather gear and your Gi (recommended you wear over your C-W-G), Sleeping bag and pillow, water (WATER!) and food. We will only be a short jaunt into civilization if you wish to do your food purchasing after arrival.

We will be sleeping in a hunting shack with Room for approx. 20 with heat and electricity. A couple students with 4 Season tents have indicated that they will bring them for overflow sleeping space so we may have room for a few more.

A meeting place will be posted soon there will be a Friday night and Saturday morning pickup meeting to bring in students to the area. If you are not able to make these you will not be able to participate as there is no mappable address but please contact us to work out details if you will be unable to make the pickup meetings.

The Mizu Nagare Dojo is proud to host a weekend of training with Dr. Luke Molitor, Happo Biken Menkyo Kaiden Shihan. The topics covered will be the Fundamentals of Tachi and Kakushi Buki (Hidden Weapons).

The pre-registration cost of the seminar will be $75 or $60 for one day with a special Friday night session for registered participants. The seminar will be held at Mizu Nagare unless we have too many participants in which case a larger venue will be used, location T.B.A. At the door the cost will be $125.
